It would take pages and pages of writing to describe all of the incredible things Laura did for us this summer!!! When we met Laura in June, we were scared, uninformed, and we didn't know who to trust or what to do. Because of my husband's medical condition, we needed a place with no stairs. Laura shared her expertise, explained the process, and helped us see a plan. Laura is an exceptional communicator and responded to any and all of the countless questions we had. She took the time to get to know our story and our needs, and she easily gained our confidence and trust. Laura bent over backwards to help us throughout the entire process. Our house sold in days for well above the asking price. She helped us find a condo with not even one step, which was miraculous for meeting our needs. Laura is everything we were looking for in a realtor. She is honest, flexible, wonderfully kind, and a true problem solver. Laura is organized, efficient, calm, and patient. As we reflect upon all of the ways we depended on her this summer, we are genuinely and deeply grateful for all of Laura's hard work. She is amazing!!! Laura was incredible to work with. We were first time buyers and had some anxiety about such a big purchase. Her communication was excellent and she was with us every step of the way. Laura listened to all our wants/ needs and helped us focus on what was important. Laura definitely went 'the extra mile'- QUITE literally! She helped me sell my house in Hartland and then drove to the Madison area (Dane, Rock and Jefferson counties!!!) on multiple occasions to show me houses. When I did find a house and there was less than five weeks from my closing to occupancy of my new house she was able to expedite and facilitate me getting into my new house pretty seamlessly. When the seller agent didn't get the appropriate paperwork, Laura pushed it through to make sure it didn't hold me up on occupancy! She had a positive and let's get this done attitude the whole time!
